Bruce Burrowes ACMA, Finance Director
Bruce started his career with International Computers LTD, and qualified as a Chartered Management Accountant with SC Johnson Wax where he fulfilled a number of international roles including helping to establish their Russian subsidiary. Following this he moved back to the London office running the UK FP&A and developing world class financial reporting systems. He moved to CDC Capital Partners and continued his career overseas helping to turnaround and subsequently sell two subsidiaries. On returning to the UK he furthered his career as the Finance Director in an SME . He joined Metacharge in September 2005.

Matt Hart, Chief Technology Officer
Matt is a former Senior Web Developer at Openworld, the world's largest operator of hotel web sites. Matt was responsible for the development and day to day operation of over a thousand sites visited by more than 200 million people annually, representing a third of all hotel related traffic on the internet. Matt joined Metacharge in June 2002. With his solid engineering background Matt has been instrumental in establishing the sophisticated technology that powers Metacharge’s payment platform.
